Các chương trình của Level UK được Ofqual kiểm định và công nhận, thuộc hệ thống khung năng lực quốc gia Anh Quốc RQF.
Hệ thống đào tạo cấp bằng quốc gia theo Level của Vương Quốc Anh là hệ thống ưu việt giúp quá trình công nhận năng lực, bằng cấp được diễn ra dễ dàng hơn.

Level UK là hệ thống đào tạo tiên tiến và nó ra đời để giúp người học không những đạt được kiến thức mong muốn mà còn giúp người học dễ dàng sử dụng văn bằng trong môi trường làm việc hoặc học liên thông, kể cả muốn chuyển tiếp sang bất kỳ hệ thống giáo dục nào khác.
Là một hệ thống đào tạo chính thức của Anh Quốc, Level UK áp dụng khung năng lực RQF (Regulated Qualfition Framework), được kiểm định và công nhận bởi Ofqual UK, tương thích hoàn toàn với khung năng lực Châu Âu (European Qualifications Framework – EQF), khung năng lực Châu Úc (Australian Qualifications Framework – AQF), khung năng lực ASEAN (ASEAN Qualifications Reference Framework – AQRF), khung năng lực Châu Phi (African Continental Qualifications Framework – ACQF) và tương thích với hệ thống giáo dục của các quốc gia có áp dụng khung năng lực quốc gia (National Qualification Framework), trong đó có Việt Nam.
Do tính tương thích với các hệ thống khung năng lực toàn cầu, khi tốt nghiệp một chương trình theo hệ thống Level UK, học viên được các lợi ích tối đa trong công nhận chéo văn bằng, tiếp nhận tại thị trường lao động, học liên thông với các hệ thống Level khác hoặc học liên thông với các hệ thống giáo dục truyền thống khác.

Việc chuyển tiếp sang hệ thống giáo dục khác được xem xét như thế nào?
Do tính chất khác nhau giữa các hệ thống giáo dục, để chuyển tiếp học liên thông sang một hệ thống giáo dục khác, các trường tiếp nhận hoặc tổ chức công nhận sẽ căn cứ vào:
- Công nhận theo khung năng lực và tính tương thích giữa các khung năng lực. Khung năng lực có thể là khung năng lực khu vực (ví dụ Khung năng lực Châu Âu EQF) hoặc khung năng lực quốc gia (Ví dụ khung năng lực Việt Nam VQF).
- Công nhận trực tiếp: Là công nhận giữa các trường đại học, cơ sở giáo dục với một hệ thống Level nào đó. Ví dụ SIMI (The Swiss Institute of Management and Innovation) công nhận trực tiếp các Diploma của Level UK có thể chuyển tiếp vào giai đoạn cuối hoặc liên thông với các chương trình của SIMI). Để đạt công nhận này, các tổ chức cấp văn bằng Level UK phải có thỏa thuận riêng với các trường đại học.
- Công nhận dựa vào tín chỉ và tính tương quan của chương trình (Benchmarking). Benchmarking là quy trình đơn vị tiếp nhận sẽ dựa vào chương trình, bằng cấp mà ứng viên đã tốt nghiệp, so sánh tương quan với một chương trình khác và ra quyết định về tính tương thích, tỉ lệ tương thích. Từ đó quyết định về việc tiếp nhận hoặc bổ sung thêm một số điều kiện trước khi tiếp nhận.
Lưu ý
Mặc dù có tính tương đồng và khung hướng dẫn công nhận chéo giữa các hệ thống giáo dục, nhưng các trường đại học, cơ sở giáo dục có quyền đưa ra các quy định riêng trong việc tiếp nhận đầu vào căn cứ vào hồ sơ tiếp nhận của từng học viên.

Lộ trình phát triển
- Có thể vào giai đoạn cuối để lấy bằng PhD tại các đại học Anh Quốc và Châu Âu và các quốc gia có hệ thống khung năng lực quốc gia. Giai đoạn cuối các trường thường chỉ yêu cầu ứng viên có Level 8 làm thêm một luận án Tiến sĩ mà không phải học lại bất kỳ môn nào.
- Tham gia PostDoc Research để lất chứng chỉ PostDoc.
Câu hỏi thường gặp về lộ trình phát triển với Level UK
Level UK là hệ thống văn bằng quốc gia Anh Quốc theo khung năng lực RQF (Reguated Qualification Framework), được Ofqual kiểm định và công nhận. Ngoài tính tương đương với hệ thống đào tạo Đại học, Level UK còn có khả năng chuyển đổi, chuyển tiếp không giới hạn với hệ thống đào tạo Đại học.
Các lộ trình có thể thực hiện với Level UK:
Là văn bằng thuộc hệ thống văn bằng quốc gia Anh Quốc, bằng Level Diploma đã đủ để đi làm hoặc chứng minh năng lực, trình độ và thời gian đào tạo.
Tuy nhiên, nếu học viên muốn chuyển sang hệ thống đào tạo đại học (các đại học được kiểm định và công nhận), học viên hoàn toàn có thể thực hiện được do tính dễ dàng công nhận bằng cấp tương đương của hệ thống Level UK.

Hoàn toàn được khi:

Là một trong các hệ thống giáo dục quốc gia của Anh Quốc, Level UK là hệ thống song song với hệ thống đào tạo đại học nhưng có sự tương quan và nhiều lợi thế vượt trội.
Do sự phát triển của giáo dục và yêu cầu công nhận văn bằng giữa các quốc gia, các thị trường lao động trong bối cảnh có quá nhiều khác biệt giữa các hệ thống giáo dục và cách gọi văn bằng, Level UK ra đời nhằm giải quyết triệt để những vướng mắc trên.
Là một hệ thống giáo dục tiên tiến, Level UK có những lợi thế sau:
- Công nhận bậc học như học tại các Đại học do Level UK là một trong các hệ thống giáo dục quốc gia của Vương Quốc Anh.
- Chuyển tiếp qua lại với hệ thống đào tạo Đại học giúp có nhiều lựa chọn hơn
- Được thị trường lao động dễ dàng công nhận năng lực và trình độ do tất cả bằng cấp quy đổi thành Level.
- Công nhận cho từng giai đoạn: từng năm học sẽ được cấp Level Diploma giúp người học có thể đi làm ngay, có thể hoãn học để đi làm mà vẫn không mất công nhận trong quá trình đã được đào tạo trước đây.
- Tiết kiệm chi phí hơn so với hệ thống đào tạo đại học.

Danh sách dưới đây liệt kê một số quá trình chuyển tiếp điển hình giữa hệ thống văn bằng quốc gia Anh Quốc theo Level với hệ thống đào tạo đại học tại Anh Quốc, Châu Âu và Hoa Kỳ.
Lưu ý:
- Danh sách dưới đây là danh sách gợi ý và không đầy đủ vì hầu hết các đại học được kiểm định và công nhận tại Anh Quốc đều công nhận trực tiếp hệ thống văn bằng theo Level.
- Với những quốc gia có hệ thống giáo dục khác với Anh Quốc, hệ thống văn bằng theo Level của Anh Quốc vẫn được công nhận căn cứ vào khung năng lực quốc gia và hệ thống công nhận văn bằng tương đương UK NARIC và ENIC NARIC. Với những trường hợp này, vui lòng liên hệ với các đại học mong muốn chuyển tiếp trước khi tham gia chương trình.
- Việc chuyển tiếp có thể được thực hiện 2 chiều (1) có thể từ hệ thống văn bằng quốc gia Anh Quốc theo Level sang hệ thống đào tạo đại học tai Anh Quốc và thế giới và ngược lại (2) từ văn bằng của đại học Anh Quốc và thế giới học chuyển tiếp sang hệ thống văn bằng quốc gia Anh Quốc theo Level.
